Hi guys this is my first blog ever. I'd love to tell a story about my lifestyle. Just about a few years ago i started to workout at the gym, actually it was 8 years ago. I realized that i was feeling good after my gym session. I did feel great and fresh after doing sports. Honestly i'm a type of guy that love sports a lot. Actually before i began workout at the gym, i was a big fat guy. I didn't even know how to start a healthy lifestyle. At first i was following my friend and learned what he did at the gym. Then actually i realized that i'm become addicted to it. I just wanna share with u guys a healthy lifestyle of mine in this blog. Hope u guys enjoy my blog, thank u so much for visiting my blog.
